It was an uneducated guess. I thought I saw some similarities to the lugs and fork crown on a Volkscycle picture I saw and along with the dropouts being Yuko Cold Forged. Hoping the serial number...

I recently acquired this frame that looks to be an unmarked / repainted Volkscycle. The dropouts are marked Yuko Cold Forged in the rear and Y.C.F on the fork.
