I'll give the kool-stop tire jack thing a try. I like to touch up freshly built wheels after a few hundred miles, so I'll get the chance to remount everything soon :(

There are no bleed nipples on the calipers I'm installing, BR-RS785. Just a screw I can remove and another to open the flow. Without the nipple I don't have a way to attach a catch bottle or syringe....
