I believe it. I'm not a "runner" & certainly no athlete, tho I run & do other "athletics" I'm always so impressed w natural athletes whether I'm hiking, swimming or riding w them :thumb:

I don't think so, but if you have good core stability it will help your running. running is actually very stressful for the back, as per my doctor
