Looks to be in nice shape but the pic from the rear looks like your wheel is incorrectly centered. Looks slammed hard to the left so even the brake looks off center???

I believe Clubman has nailed it for me. The DC Douglas 3000 we have looks identical (at least the graphics) to the photo he posted. All Shimano Lite Touch shift SIS components, Chromoly frame, etc....
