For me, it was 8 weeks after robotic surgery to do some light riding
by 10 weeks, up to 20 miles
by 12 weeks I was riding 30-40 four times a week, a bit slower and no massive hills
but it sure...

I am 69, very active, cycled 5000 miles plus each year prior to surgery in April

got on the bike about 6-7 weeks after surgery and did some very mild riding, about 6 miles

then at 9 weeks went...
