I do have a message in to the owner asking for the stand over height - I agree, they look big but I'm hoping there's something about the photo angle that may be skewing things.

There’s a Celo Europa for sale in my size (62cm) about two hours away for $100. All the decals seem to be removed but the pantographed parts are present. Looks like a mix of components - I see...
