ISO: a 700c wheel with a non-coaster-brake Shimano Nexus 3-speed hub (roller, disc, or rim-brake models are fine).

Alternately, just the hub. But a built wheel would be better.

Anything that looks reasonably C&V will be considered; prefer evenly-spaced rings (something like 52-42-30 -- is there a word for that?) to half-step and granny.
