One thing everybody is leaving out (on the steps) is to put the wheels on your bike and roll around after you mount them and get the tires on straight. This will help "set" the tire and get rid of...

Agree 100%... Cant tell you how many times new riders have complained that our advertised "fast group ride" average is 21-23mph but yet we do 28mph+ for over 1/2 the ride with lots of surges,...

Take a recovery week after 4-6 weeks of hard rides. Skip the normal "hammerfest" rides and efforts and just enjoy the week. Without these breaks, you will at some point hit a wall and stop improving

Supposed to mold them at 160 for 20 minutes. I wouldnt go any hotter than that because the glue used to bond the leather to carbon is not that great.

In this case id go with SRAM Force. Both shift fine but Force is an upgrade (lower weight, built better) than the new 105. Hoods/shifting will seem odd at first but you will get used to it.
