If I can stomach it I'm going to extend the ultra high volume stuff through next weekend, take a short recovery period, and transition into high intensity work, as that should leave me about a month out from the beginning of race season.
any special tricks for this kind of trainer volume? This seems like insanity to me to do rides that long on the trainer.
