I would not sell as is because it is a project. Most buyers want bikes ready to ride. A bike in as found condition will likely go as a project, at a steep discount.

You decide but I see rusty chain and cables, rust on brake calipers, etc. RD needs some love too. I routinely buy projects but the price would need to be low. Hopefully, you have better project buyers in your area.

Over the last year, I have seen a BIG drop in value on DT shifter bikes. Others giving values here either haven't seen such a drop, or are using old information. I do not know what it is.

Are handlebars steel? Kind of look like it. Given the market in my area, if someone gave me that bike, I would have to scramble to cover my expenses. Prices on consumables like tires and chains are up significantly from a few years ago.
