Pros
- Able to use a 6 bolt rotor as well as centerlock
Con
- Need to use an adapter to use a 6 bolt rotor
- Sometimes there is forward and backward play. Not noticeable when riding, but can be felt when holding the brake and rocking the bike.
Look up the cost of centerlock rotors instead of purchasing the adapter, you may just want to buy new rotors.
Edit: Play may have been unrelated to the adapter and more the issue with the brake pads. It was so minimal that it didn't bug me enough to troubleshoot.
