Winspace Hyper owner here (50mm, disc); I'm familiar with the noise you speak of, and experience it every tube/tire change.
IMO, sounds like pretty standard CF rim bead seating. I'm 10,000km and several tire changes deep with no issues. I wouldn't worry about it!
Edit: unrelated, but when you get a chance, yank the freehub off and grease the pawls. This should alleviate the ticking issue faced by virtually all Hyper owners at the 4,000km mark.
