Speaking of which, here's a typical morning smoothie in the making - almond milk, chocolate protein powder, blueberries, banana, rasberries, strawberries. This photo a couple of weeks old because the strawberries are now gone, season over.

Lol.
What did you end up with?
At this point, I really don't know if early morning riding will end up being a thing for me or not. I'm kind of at a tipping point where I'm starting to get enough sleep through the night and it would be nice to open myself up for extra miles on rides other than Wed, Sat and Sun... whether or not I'll actually pry myself out of bed regularly remains to be seen.

I have a customer list from past sales in excel that is ~21,000 rows long. I'm preparing it for a mailer. There are duplicate names which are easy enough to pull out, but the addresses aren't always complete or the same so I want to be able to pull out the most accurate duplicate. I also don't want to go through all the duplicates and clean it up manually.
I thought about dumping it into a pivot table and seeing which have differing addresses that way, but it's still a lot of manual work to go through in that way...
Anyone have any thoughts?

Looking at the AA version, the light output is lower than the 18650 version, so may not be adequate.
If the Eagletac is the only light, mount on the helmet due to the beam focus. You can point it where you're looking.
Usjng 2 lighrs is analogous to wearing layers in the cold. It gives more flexibility, but neither in their own would be the best.
If I were starting over, I might try a magic shine clone. But dat 1lb battery doh.

Maybe our resident doc(s) can chime in but I've seen a study going around lately that NSAIDs can actually deny muscle recovery. Don't need that.

Imgur is putting out some huge pics on here. Even on my desktop, Imgur posts are pushing the reply button way to the right and off the window display. The board needs to institute some size regulations like many other boards do.

It's not the finding of the duplicates that is hard it's the weeding out of the duplicate with the best data in the rest of the row.
You can remove duplicates through an option on the data tab... I might save the file and see what I can do with that option.

I use Flickr and try to limit max dimension size to 800 and occasionally 1024. Most of these being posted are running 3x that size.

I am aware of the long-term effects of overuse of ibuprofen and other NSAIDs and limit the use to the worst cases. I usually loosen up gradually over the first hour of the day wish I had time for stretching but I barely have enough time to ride my bike and drop the hammer.

I'd like to hang out more but I'm excavating for landscaping. I usually have people for this but my wife figures that I could probably do it without hurting myself.
BTW, I was using a bench grinder a couple days ago and my finger slipped. Now my nasty finger on my left hand is shorter than it use to be by 1/2 a millimeter.![Mad](images/smilies/mad.gif)
Hi, Ho, off to work i go...

I could buy more bike gear with the savings.
