If I could get a regular Caledonia frameset vs. the 5 I’d consider it. I’d just need new brifters and swap everything else from the R3 and make that frame a wall hanging.
I’m not really interested in the 5 with all of the integrated cabling nonsense, but then again, things change and with electronic shifting changing cables isn’t really a concern.

Luca was, I think, older, and was much quieter. I'm sure he must have spoken some times, but I don't recall him every saying anything. Watching Carlo ride convinced me that older didn't have to mean sitting around becoming a doddering old fart.

Is lake O frozen yet? There’s a better chance it should be after the next week or two.

You don’t have to let us know if you back out. Who could blame you?

New York functional style, as opposed to . . . ornamental.

Some thoughts on the protein aspect of it all.

In addition, older adults have what we call anabolic resistance. They need more protein to get the same increase in MPS compared to younger adults. Therefore, since older adults need more protein to optimally stimulate MPS, they should aim for at least 40g of protein per meal if they want to maximize gains (Churchward-Venne, 2016).

I keep going over the diy drum sander plans I have but not sure when I’d get to it. 13” planer works for now.
