C - (Miss me????) don't feel bad. I got down to 178 last year. Now I am back to 205.... I am off to a late start. I am starting to put together my plan for the year. I hope to start up next week. I am tired of not seeing my toes :-)

milani!!!!! I pm'ed you! Of course and as usaual, no reply ,,I,,

Im still up. 15 pounds! 190 from 175 feels like 50 pounds. 185-190, I can hold pretty easy. but 170-175 I have to ride abour 125 miles per week and my boss is not down with that right now. I gotta work!!! Baby gotta have new shoes!!

By the way, I went back and re read this whole thread again, man, what a great one!

my story

i started at 240ibs in january and went on the nutrisystem diet that u see all over tv in jan 07, kept on that for six months now and picked up biking as my cardio, now im down to 179ibs and love road cycling more than every and train harder than ever to one day start racing..
