Stage race this weekend:
TT & Crit on Saturday, 88 TSS total
RR on Sunday, 164 TSS and .92 IF for just under 2 hours.
I hit a PR for average power over the 7:00-9:00 range in the time trial yesterday, and also for 2:00 power at the end of the RR today, so I'm feeling pretty good about my fitness right now. This was my 'A' race for the spring, so I guess I timed things fairly well.
Another stage race next weekend, but I don't expect to be all that competitive (racing Masters 40+ for first time). After that, it's vacation to Hawaii in April, and then start building again for the state time trial in June.

Last minute decision to do a stage race this coming weekend. Not sure what to do with myself this week except rest!
Today I rode ez then went on a strenuous hike so I'm guessing it's going to take a couple days to get that out of my legs.

1:45 of pretty easy zone 2 today, 66 TSS. Legs were feeling tight to start but gradually loosened up (I still felt pretty flat though). Weights tomorrow...

Yesterday rest day, today legs still not fresh of course, but rested enough.
Due to stupid daylight savings it was dark AND cold, and I couldn't bring myself to do hill repeats so did the group ride instead. Always a good workout.
