Maybe. My area has possibly one of the highest vaccination rates in the country and certainly the highest rate in the state.

In Adams County, PA, I observed that at the big grocery store in Gettysburg, maybe 30% of the customers were masked. At the little grocery store in Biglerville, only two customers were masked - my brother and me. And this in a county with <45% fully vaccinated.
