New Tires

I finally sprang for new Tires for the Bianchi. I got the Continental Grand Prix Classic 700x 25 that was mentioned by someone on another post. I hope to try them out this weekend if the weather cooperates.

I was deciding whether to tidy up my shed, so I could find a spanner, or buy some new ones. I stupidly chose the latter. I'll now have to clear a space without tripping over and breaking a rib.

A nice SR stem in the correct length and having the appropriate Raleigh panto’ed script.

Thanks Chas!

None of my sockets fit the SR crankset to tighten the bolts so I order a 14/15mm wrench that was recommended by my LBs. Arrived yesterday and it worked perfectly.

I was sorta looking for the Suntour BB tool for my Sprint BB then I read that the yellow pin spanner will work so...with my green one I have the whole set. The Sprint BB can be shifted left/right like a Phil Wood and I might decrease the chain line not my Circuit.

Jewelry for my Ochsner

So this guy was selling some NOS saddles on eBay that caught my eye. I first picked the Titanium Flite because I know I like them but that Squadra kept calling my name so a few days later I made an offer on that one too. I will have to see how my backside likes it. Both will look cool on the chrome Ochsner.

I did some online shopping and ordered myself a bunch of stuff for my new Torpado. Now I'm left waiting at my door like an excited puppy. Please, Mr. Mailman! Drop something off for me today!
Yesterday, I got the tools my mom mailed me from home and some new bar tape. Once I have all my bits and bobs, I'll take a picture of everything

Torpado.... love to see it when you get it rolling! They made my 72 Italvega. Is yours one of the all chrome or painted models?

An R8000 GS long cage RD for my gravel bike.
Brake lever bar clamps (from 3speedslow above) Thanks, Law!
Jagwire brake cables and all the little doodads with it.
White Fizik bar wrap

It's like Christmas, but I paid for 3/4 of it.
So, it's like Christmas when your kids buy you a present... with your money.

The frame is painted, but the stem & fork are chrome. I'm impatient and took it to from an work today. The bars are too aggressive for me, so I got a compact set and brake levers that will sit closer and accommodate for my little hands.
The picture is below is from the day I brought her home.

Got a 130 mm French Atax stem from @smoothness. Need to pull the bars back a little on a Gitane for a little more comfortable ride.

I got the penultimate piece for my Stella build today -- orange Candy 2 SE pedals.

Now all I need is a head badge.
