There were a lot of low riders like those at my high school, I enjoyed looking at them and watching them drag their skid plates down the street with sparks flying.
I wasn't allowed to have a car until after graduation.

I had a '47 Chevy I got cheap from a friend but mine was green. I sold it too cheap. Had some other old cars but nothing as cool as that '47.

No, I confused the Belgium and Holland...I am ashamed. Although she may prefer Belgians, I'm Mexican. I do know that she likes the Swiss..well at least Cancellara...matter of fact the only time she'll sit and watch cycling with me is if he's in the race....it's always the first question....
Her: Is that hot guy in this race?..
Me: You mean Fabian Cancellara?...
Her: Yeah you know the hot guy I like..
Now that I think about it she likes Boonen too..so yeah I guess she likes Belgians.

"Go get his autograph and find out. Hint: his bro is amazing on the road, and pretty funny looking in comparison."

Just watched Inglorious Basterds. I'm somewhat confused and amazed that some people were complaining about it's lack of historical grounding. This type of complaint should be saved for something more fitting, like, say, The Life of Brian.

I was on the way to a Prospect Park race (or back from one - it was light) and an S-10 Blazer with tiny tires started to pass us - we were going maybe 60-65 mph. Then eased. I glanced over, the guy driving looked at me looking at his Blazer. Then suddenly the corners started dipping and bobbing and stuff. Looked like the Blazer was having a seizure. I told the others in the car to look. I don't think we stopped laughing for 10 minutes, it was the most hilarious thing.
If I ever come into a lot of money, I'm gonna get one of those cars and make people laugh and smile. Maybe drive on the highway during rush hour just to put a smile on people's faces. Absolutely classic those things, you can't help but grin (for whatever reason) when you see one bopping away.
Oh and I'd want to get one of those '47 whatever kind of cars, make it into a lead sled. The team's shop's owner has something kinda sorta like that (no idea what year or make) and it's just totally bad ass, flat black (not my style) and all smoothed out (my style). I suppose I'll see him tonight at the team get together so I'll try to remember to ask him about it. The shop actually has a garage bay in it - they work on their cars in the winter apparently. I wish I had a heated garage bay

I'm not fond of "American" Mexican food. Interior Mex is clean fresh food, not saying it's health food but certainly not the overstuffed burrito's and re-fried beans most places pass off as Mex. The worst crap is Tex-Mex. Burry anything in Velveta and stupidly hot chili's and you've got Tex-Mex

Don't know if I'll talk to y'all again today but:

sigh. sorry, man. Been there too. just stay calm and remember to breathe. Figure out what you want your life to look like and go after it. Whether it's saving your family or moving on with your life. I ended up doing both, though for a long time I fought to save my marriage.
