3R Endurance Ride, first hour or so. Nice to ride with a social group and chat instead of watching youtube. It was all fun and games until someone made a horrible disparaging comment (see below).
Funny, at one point I twisted right to grab something on the counter top, and felt a little twinge or soreness in my groin. Funny how I can hammer for moments with no pain when my body is straight n narrow, but I still need to be careful with everyday movements. Certainly better than the other way around

...this frame is too good for a single speed. I know that reflects a certain prejudice on my part. Just find some cheapo used track frame, of dubious Asian origin, and you'll be good.
