When I turned 60, my internist said I should get a stress test to checkout my heart. I told her to come for Thanksgiving diner if she wants to know how I deal with stress. I then pulled out my phone and opened the Garmin app. I showed her my average heart rate over a 4 hour ride. I then showed her the average over a year, the total mile, minutes and calories over the past year.

She said "forget the test".
