I'd buy that for my 9 y/o grandson, but he'd ride that thing so fast it'd scare the heck out of me.

Another Terry. This one is higher end (Tange 1 vs Champion, and Suntour Cyclone vs Exage), but is it $120 higher end?
https://boston.craigslist.org/gbs/bi...979079915.html
Tiny, nice condition, super rare! TERRY DeSPATCH 12 speed . Made in Japan. Triple butted lightweight Tange 1 tubing. 17 inch seat tube, alloy 24" front wheel , alloy 700c rear wheel. Strong brakes. Up graded brake levers and riser handlebars. Mechanically perfect. Will fit riders 4'6" - 5’1” give or take an inch. This bike is totally ready for the road AND extremely beautiful Test ride it 1 block from Green Street station, Orange line, Jamaica Plain. Very small!
$320 / $340 delivered
Own a piece of cyling history with this very unique Terry brand road bike created specifically for women 5’2” and under. What makes this bike unusual is that it has a 700c size rear wheel and a 24" size front wheel. This design was created to eliminate toe overlap without compromising the front end geometry. It also makes it possible for shorter riders to have their handlebar at or below the height of the saddle if they prefer. Georgena Terry popularized the design for women in the mid-80s; for a couple of years everyone offered a bike like this. A nice road bike for a smaller woman.
This bike is used but has not seen a lot of road time. It shows some signs of wear from age: small marks and scratches. The brakes are Suntour Cyclone and it has Suntour shifters
The top tube is 48cm in length. The total length of the seat tube is 44cm.

That is nerve wracking, just give the correct price. What's the gain in having someone looking for bikes less than $2k, only to have them click on the ad and see it's $2k? Surprised it hasn't gotten flagged for removal.
I was looking at a 56cm in that awesome orange creamsicle fashion an hour south of me a couple years back from a broker who sold my Cinelli SC and Masi GC. Price was awesome, was just too small. It was a good ride. That one is my size, but double what my broker was asking for the one she was consigning.

This 1983 Nishiki Seral is from the golden age of touring bikes in the US and one of the great touring bikes from the 1980's. True touring frames allow for fatter tires. This bike can accommodate closer to from 1" to 1 1/2". A larger tire at 70 PSI makes for an incredibly comfortable, fast ride. Cantilever brakes are hard to beat in stopping powers. The cranks have touring gearing of 50-46-30 Sugino AT triple makes for ample gear possibilities. The 6 speed wide-range freewheel has a 32 largest cog for climbing trees or mastering steep hills while loaded. The saddle is the original Avocet Touring. The bike has a sturdy rear rack and full fenders. It has brazons for a rear rack, double brazeons on the fork and rear dropouts for fenders and racks. brazeons on the fork for a lowrider rack and bags and brazeons for 3 water bottle holders to give you a lot of options on how to use the bike.
The bike is like new. The derailleurs are Suntour Cyclone. It shifts and rides great. The bike is a Kawamura design for true loaded touring geometry for comfort over long distances. This frame is particularly pretty, with slightly ornamental, yet tasteful lugwork including chromed fork crown imprinted with an N and Nishiki cast into the the seat lug.

If it were closer I'd probably pick it up, rust and all.
Set your price window starting at $5 or $15 or whatever arbitrary number so you don't have to sift through that stuff. Takes like 5 seconds, so worth it.

Does anyone recognize this rear derailleur? This is on a cheap local Craigslist bike and, while I'm not particularly interested in the bike, the rear derailleur looks like nothing I've seen before. Any ideas?
For that matter -- does anyone recognize this frame? The top of the seat tube almost looks French to me, but those look like Ashtabula-style cranks, which would not say "French". Are those straight fork ends?

Still available, apparently. Says a lot about the current condition of the C&V market, either that or the seller is not answering his phone.
This about the most stunning CL ad I've seen in quite some time, those gears and that chain look brand new.
