So it has begun. 70 mile ride Saturday. With multiple thousand feet of climbing. Announced for Saturday.

My back has been really bothering me lately for some reason, to the point of near-lockup at times. My regular chiropractor went under during the pandemic so now I'm stuck, don't know which shyster therapist to choose.
