The really interesting thing about that guy is the stages of development evident in his markings. His head is predominately white now whereas it was totally absent of white 3 years ago, as was his tail which is now approaching total whiteness. His body and wings have lost most of their former white markings, and his beak is in transition from gray to yellow. His eyes are also yellow, when earlier they were brown.
So you can tell the age of this guy is pretty much 4 years old, and in another year he'll be a mature eagle with all the familiar color characteristics.

How about this... I just got off the trainer. Spent 1:10 on it. The room is, say, 8x10x10 and perfectly insulated. According to my bike computer, the room was 66 degrees A when I started, and 76 degrees A when I finished. Our central air system was turned off.

I was able to increase my time on the trainer this morning to 40 minutes for the first time. Unfortunately the time increase came at the expense of average intensity. I was able to tolerate the extra time by adding it onto the front end of the workout, so to speak, as fairly low intensity warmup. But it is still an improvement and total energy expended was higher than the last few days. And lots of the time was spent at 85% of max heart rate so overall I'm happy with it.

17° and dropping temps, howling wind and snow. Headed for the Zwift-O-Matic.

No comfort here, either. When you're busy, trainer time goes by is a jiffy, except for the last 25% of every interval.

Hey now! I'm not the one threatening to pretend that the league doesn't exist just because I don't like the dominant team... I'm just willing to throw away internet friendships over rivalry, is all - much less drastic.

If you like chili, you really need to come to Houston. Best chili in the entire universe at the Armadillo Palace. No kidding.
It is not armadillo. It is venison. If I hadn’t told you, you wouldn’t have known. About the venison. Not about the armadillo.

I like the Pats more, regardless - I mean, it's hard to argue (non-emotionally) against both Belichick and Brady being the respective bests at what they do.
Besides that, yeah - would you want to see the team (one with super obnoxious fans, at that) that you lost to in the conference championship celebrating a SB win in your stadium two weeks later? Pffft.
And if it wasn't obvious, all previous statements at/about you were contained an implied winkie (that sounds dirty).
