Started today’s ride and the power numbers were way off. On my head unit I have one of the windows showing which zone I am as well as my 3 second power. It was saying I was in zone 3 at 140 watts. I was like WTF. Thankfully today’s ride was sprint training so I wasn’t using the templet or the work out would have been all jacked up.
When I got home to investigate, it showed my FTP was only 205. Not sure why adding a garmin watch to garmin connect would change my FTP.
It’s all fixed now. Crisis averted.

Pretty exciting weather day here, had drizzle at breakfast, graupel at lunchtime, rain/hail/lightning at dinner. Still waiting on the snow but I probably won't stay up late enough for that.

It's so nice that they wrote a song about it.

Returned the Carbon Romin seat I scored on scambay. Turns out it was broken in the center. Damn! Glad the guy didn't fight me on it.
scored a FSA OS99 stem. For 25 bux. Very light. That went on Blue, blues stem went over to Contadore which put him at 15.7 lbs. While swapping stems around I was shocked to see how much more aggressive the position of Blue is. It's 1.5 inches lower than Contador. I never noticed that before.
scored another Romin saddle, new this time its an "expert" level with Hollow Ti rails.

Had a school bus blow through an intersection this morning, it caused me to swing into oncoming traffic, ended up in the shoulder of oncoming traffic.
When things like this happen, I really want to ask the driver what I can do differently. My 2 1000 lumen lights are not enough apparently.
