Well, yes and no. At the last minute they decided not to stent the blockages in the bypasses. Not with stents anyways. They decided on a medication based aproach to open the clogs. It gives him options further down the road.
weird of weird , one of the bypasses was absorbed by his body. Its gone completely.
He is @ home taking it easy
Hes a tougher bugger than you would think for 80 years old.

Fluke makes some quality products. The first run of the 2nd generation Volt transmissions (they call it the drive unit) had a problem where a steel shim was dropped into the trans during assembly and would get picked up by the magnetism of the motor and damage the windings in the motor. No drive after that. You have to remove the power inverter module to test the windings (a giant pain) but after the first one I knew how to diagnose it enough to convince GM to send out a replacement transmission without taking it apart. Don't tell them, please.

Thought that I might get in a ride today, but it's looking less likely. I wanted to finish up the project from the ol' HoneyDo List before squeezing out, but it's threatening to rain soon. Oh well, at least there's some home-grown veggies in my future; this is where all of that cedar went -

Mrs. Seeds has always cut my hair. She cuts it to her standards, since I don't give a flying **** what it looks like, as long as it's comfortable.

I can tell if it's a bit unruly by the shadow it casts.
I have a painting on my bathroom wall, where one would normally find a mirror.
My clothing choices follow a similar line of thinking. As do, alas, my bikes.

I did a 53 mile ride today, and it sucked more than any ride has ever sucked before. My average heart rate was high. I felt like shi...not good. Slow fat and out if shape. I need to get on a program...

In other news, I can see a new crease in my torso where those ribs were likely cracked. Awesome.

I can be the thinner man. Would that work?
On my ride today, I saw another solo cyclist. He passed me and said I look like a climber. So at the next hill of course I dialed it up to 200w and passed him. We chatted for 15 seconds and then I let him go down the hill. I stalked him from Strava, he did 100 miles while I only did 50.
