That’s really good! I’ve bookmarked it in case I ever need it.
I did a little more searching. I don't understand why, but yeah, it's a very deliberate thing on the part of Bosch. Anyway, a guy on the WWing forum put this together as a solution, though he doesn't even have the table to try it out for himself - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4113223/files. I'm going to send the file over to my brother so that he can print it off for me sometime.

I've never seated a tired with just a pump, but I've only tried it once or twice. Compressor or air blast canister is the way to go.
You should definitely hear a big pop when they seat, but check the witness line so the way around the tire; they should not unseat with a loss in pressure.
And get a syringe or at least use the Orange Seal tube - I can only imagine the mess of seating a tire with sealant already in it.

take 2 layers of cardboard. Place onto a hard surface. Sit on the cardboard. Rub cardboard with crayon or chalk.. 2 dimples will show up in the cardboard. Measure center to center,, add 10mm. That's your sit bone width

The average speed for my re-mousing/infusion doesn't seem to be too good. I was the first one in and the last one out this morning. Four other patients came and went while I plodded along.
I guess there's the expectation that patients wear masks now. Many (but not all) of the people in the building were wearing them. But I don't have a mask so I was a rebel.

I'm just not going to treat seating as a given, 'specially with a new tire and/or new tire/rim combo. Going through the stem is so easy that I don't see any incentive to pouring in and there's a lot potential for downside.

Totally. There are supply chain issues in Asia. It's going to take a while for component deliveries to sync up with frame production and assembly.
