Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Ask MoAlpha if he has a tensionometer of the type you sometimes see on sailboats.

They can potentially help you relieve tension.

After coming home from my ride this morning and checking the weather to see how much outside riding I can get in the rest of the week, I noticed we’re supposed to get 10 inches of snow on Thursday. FML

Tension headache was my guess along with some sinus congestion. Super stressed about some work deliverables that’s probably not helping.

hmmmm, Rode the C2 with the brake screaming away this morning. When I sprint it’s even louder. Nothing like announcing your attacking before you attack.

Oddly, all my statistics are gone and it only shows today's game. My lap top has been acting wonky so I deleted a bunch of history. Could be why.

Saw that in A&S.

Remember the woman who hit a pedestrian and drove home with the body sticking through the windshield? IIRC, she was a nurse.

I saw this, thought about posting it but thought it sent bad vibes.

Nothing in the article about the bike though.

I recall that. She then called a friend to help her dump the body. Happened in our neck of the woods.

I overdid it yesterday morning, and was not only down for the rest of the day, but also it appears I will be down for the duration today as well*.
