Don't see these very often, well loved, looks to be sound, no price but may be reasonable, if only it was 1 more cm bigger, it would only be 5-6 too small.

If I wasn't drowning in projects right now (and esp. drowning in wheels sets) I'd consider a drive. Rochester, is only 90 minutes from the border. I want a 40 hole wheelset to replace the 36s on my touring build. Unfortunately, knowing my own stupidity, I'd probably keep it as a built up bike rather than part it even though it doesn't fit and I have nowhere to store it......

That's exactly what I said.
I would bet that once we wind one up here, every Tom, Dick and Cherry see it on the interwebs and think they can sell theirs too.
I did a deep dive on some pedals I got on a Stumpy with wacked out cranks, DS bent, NDS loose square taper that rode ok on test ride.
The pedals have sold for 2, 4 and $600, those BMX guys are worse than we are, so many of their parts were ground up and spit out.

The frame itself suffered a crack on the underside of one wheel stay, but was repaired via brazing by a local frame builder. I'm in the 230 lb. weight range and rode it in SF and Marin with no issues. At that time of the repair, it was refinished in red acrylic lacquer, new, period-correct decals, and 2-part polyurethane lacquer clear coat. After less than a year of riding it, I developed a back issue that stopped me from using it, and it's been in storage since.

1984-ish 64cm Ciocc w/Campy SR - $575 (mill valley)
1984 or so Ciocc racing frame built up with (mostly) Campagnolo Super Record of the same vintage. Super Record derailleurs, shifters, brakes, brake levers, pedals, Campy lace-up wheels & hubs (with worn-out tires), Campy Gran Sport (?) crankset, German BB (can't remember brand), vintage leather Selle San Marco saddle, Japanese Tange fork, vintage Cinelli bars and stem. The frame itself suffered a crack on the underside of one wheel stay, but was repaired via brazing by a local frame builder.
