It's an ad for a Schwinn but there's an unmentioned Serotta Club Special carcass in the weeds behind the Schwinn that might be worth investigating.

Seller with that Schwinn is named Bubba🙄. Really, per his post he's Bubba 😧. Leave a note saying where you are going and maybe if he says "you've got a pretty mouth" forget the bike and run,😱

A legendary frame for sale and its from Richard Sachs, Richard Sachs Road Frameset - 57cm, 56cm top tube new Joe Bell paint . Another one legendary frame for sale but a japanese one is from Cherubim with its Kaisei tubing CHERUBIM R-2 CUSTOM STEEL ROAD BIKE FRAME SET / HAND MADE JAPAN / ULTEGRA .Here are the seller's notes regarding Cherubim:
"One-of-a kind steel lugged frame handmade in the Cherubim studio in Tokyo, size 57. The frame is built with custom Kasei tubes, a Japanese-made steel tubing which offers a higher strength-to-weight ratio than the equivalent tubing from Columbus. The Tokyo-based company got its start in 1965 with Hitoshi Konno at the torch. Three years later, Cherubim would be the official frame supplier for the Japanese national team at the 1968 Mexico City Olympic Games. The company quickly became a family business, run by three brothers, and today, it’s Hitoshi’s son, Shin-ichi Konno, at the helm." And a rarity , Raleigh 753 Time Trial frame raleigh SBDU lo pro frameset frame 700 / 24” reynolds 753 tt time Low Pro

And for all we know it could have been dented or broken, since this particular pic is a blowup of an add for a different bike

As horrifying as this may sound, to some people a bicycle is well just a bicycle. Everyone's heard of Schwinn but perhaps these folks don't know how nice a Serotta is so to them it was nothing special. Until I started hanging out here I didn't know how to really tell a vaunted PX10 (aside from the Campi derailleurs) from a Royce Union.
And for all we know it could have been dented or broken, since this particular pic is a blowup of an add for a different bike

Like new, classic colors, Sachs quality workmanship, best paint in the business. Half of what a new one costs (said the guy who just received his new Sachs and paid the bill).

That's a darn good price on a Sachs frameset. JB respray was likely over a grand, and if I understand the text correctly, RS replaced some frame tubing in the repair.

At least whoever did the single-speed conversion didn't Drew it, other than perhaps the shifter bosses (can't really tell in the photo if they're still intact or not)..
