What’s your “ready to ride” road-bike weight? I was surprised at mine!

16.0 pounds or 7.25 kg.
My bike is fitted with everything I want to carry: saddle bag, cyclometer and mount, one daylight-bright handlebar light, two daylight-bright rear lights and a water bottle cage. (I rarely take water on a ride that's less than 90 minutes. When I do, a loaded 12 ounce water bottle weighs about a pound.)

I stop weighting it about it when under 7.7kg with pedal, cage, ready to ride. cause i think that's "light enough"
but adding lights and computer will easily add 400-600g back
i put my tools and tube in the back pocket, unless it go for a loooooong ride.
