Here's what it sounds like to do several hills. I had this camera on the handlebars for testing purposes, but decided to use the footage for those who find my helmet cam videos too "Blair Witchy" due to excessive head movement.
Since the microphone on this camera is much more sensitive than the ContourHD, this sounds like some hard se-I mean climbing.

If you're talking about the Midland XTC-100, I never heard of it either until I visited REI the other day and saw it on clearance for $63.93. After reading the reviews, I jumped on it! Same for the GoPro HD Hero 960, which I got for $149.95 at the same time. I bought the last ones they had.

Climbs to me have nothing to do with sex but everything to do with meditation--because you are not going so fast and you are trying to ignore the pain--there is a certain rhythm with the pedals and the momentum particularly when off the seat.
Yes a little slower today--but still going with great enjoyment! Besides I have no choice because there is no really flat roads around here!

Climbing hills are big fun and full of the thrills too.
However, even at 71, being with my wife is adventure into the stratosphere, trying to make it to the stars, each and every time..
As I said before, hills are fine, great rush.. But, with my wife, my cup runneth over!!

Puzzling, no one's mentioned having to resort to switchbacks when a given climb gets towards the apex? No shame in that.

Some truth to that: https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases...0624120556.htm
I find it a bit disturbing that almost all this hill climbing seems to have been done solo.

Were the laws against marrying minors different when you were young as there was some robbery going on there methinks.
And how often do you find yourself chasing the beautiful Mrs Howard... just because ?

Well I've done the biggest and longest climbs around here, centuries with 10,000-12,000 feet of climbing, been with my wife for 25 years and I must say, anyone that says climbing is just as good as sex is climbing the wrong woman.
Gina's (only 49 y/o) done this 5000 ft mtn climb but didn't ask to do it again so I'm sure I know what her opinion would be.

It just so happens, she be chasing me!!!
No, the laws against marrying minors were the same..I was always legal. It just so happens, my mind has always been 20+ years younger, so I always was attracted to the younger women, and younger women were/are attracted to me, for whatever reason.
I will say, at 71, I am pretty lucky..
