Women of a certain age are already susceptible to bone density loss. The anastrozole treatment adds to that. She takes 1200mg of calcium and a D supplement daily.

Would they have sent a bill for $0.34?
Same with prednisone.
DougRNS has no excuse for his bone density problem.

I just ordered a couple kickstands this morning. A two fer one deal. One will go on my wife’s bike, to replace the lame one that’s on it now, and the other might just go on one of my road bikes. They clamp onto a single chain stay. I have never been averse to kickstands. Or pie plates.

Mrs. GJ couldn't take an aromatase inhibitor. It gave her what felt like hyper-menopause.

Mrs datlas and I wanted to go for a walk since it’s sunny and 64F out. We have lovely preserves in the area but with recent rains they are super muddy. So we took a walk on the local MUP. It was quite crowded with walkers, joggers, a couple roller bladers, and LOTS of cyclists. Some were clearly newbies and/or families with little kids, but some were “serious” cyclists kitted up and zooming by us at 20MPH.
I felt like yelling at them to ride on the road where they belong.
There were also lots of e-bikes. The trail says specifically “No Motor Vehicles” but I suppose e-bikes don’t count even though they have a motor.![foo](vb/cache//ds.jpg)

Appears you have a ton of like named relatives in the UK, and a few more in the Bay Area. In Junior High, Doug Smith played first chair clarinet in the band (Campbell, CA), could never unseat the b@$t@rd. 😁. Your anonymity is safe.

I have another appointment scheduled there. I should present the bill at the waiting room window and tender payment in coins.
