1971- Peugeot UE8. Acquired: February 12, 2014. Minor Modifications: Added Zefal pump, stainless steel bar mounted bottles, Kenda K193 (creme) tires, panniers (modified 1965 Swiss army ammo bags), NOS Rear Simplex Derailleur, T/A stem mounted cable guide, Crane bell, Lyotard Berthet pedals, new Christophe clips/straps.

1972 Peugeot AE8 (French Porteur conversion)- Acquired: Sep 21, 2019, Rebuild Completed: October 19, 2019
Modifications/additions (some purchased, some from my parts bin): Huret top tube cable clamps, CLB inverse levers, Mafac Racer brakes, Belleri Porteur (St.Entienne FR) bars, Mafac front/rear cable hangers, used Simplex shifters, NOS Simplex Prestige front derailleur (all aluminum, no Delrin), Jagwire cable/housing kit, Pure City Urban front rack, vintage (1962) Calvet Bordeux wine crate (with 1963 original used French Line cruise ship luggage tag).NOS Peugeot chain, hand rebuilt/dyed the saddle with precut leather blank and copper rivers/burrs), Altair stainless fenders, complete frame strip, Rustoleum rattle-can high-performance enamel repaint (primer/Regal Red/Clear Gloss), new decal set, Kenda K193 whitewalls. Parts Reused: cleaned-repacked-buffed-reused 28x1 1/8 Rigida Chrolux rims/atom freewheel/hubs, Huret butterfly wheel nuts, rear rack, Simplex rear derailleur, nervar cranks, BB, headset, Atax stem, German rubber block pedals.
