Dropped my 12 year old for his bus ride to the summer camp. First time he’s going to spend three weeks away from family. I think I’m more nervous than he is. I’m gonna miss the little guy.

Really cool video from TDF. It's worth watching.

I got my first stitches, from a self-inflicted pocket knife cut, while in summer camp. The first major (small) scar in what would turn into a lifetime of small scars. The backs of my hands have no smooth skin left.

I went to camp (Boy Scouts) pretty much every summer of my teenage years. The first one was in Plainville, MA. Scout Island. I'm pretty sure I was part of the inaugural group, because we did a lot of building; beaches, piers, etc...

So, the new Cervélo has Hed Belgium + rims and 25 mm tires. Hed say 67 psi (!) for that combination and my weight band (see below). I have gradually come down from the low 90s to just below 80 on the rear, and a few less on the front, without noticing much more than a small low frequency shift in the peak power detected by my crotch sensors. As for speed, who knows? I want it to ride like a beach cruiser and go like a rocket. Should I continue to lower the pressure?

I have the same knife, except a tamto blade point. Very handy, very nice locking, and opening.
My Question about the Swiss Army knife is because everywhere I go someone else also has a Swiss Army Knife. In a room full of people usually half have one in their pocket. Ask everyone in the shop tomorrow, I bet half will have one. I thought you would have one. All my seat bags have one, and so do my panniers. In high school mine was called the Swiss Party knife, I could always open a bottle, a can, and remove a cork.

They are clincher rims, 21mm ID, I believe. I'm 147ish this summer, but that number gives me the whim-whams.
