I bought a bunch of liquor at the beginning of this pandemic. Might as well.
Favorite drink of the pandemic is the spicy pineapple margarita.
1. Make a Pineapple Sour Mix: 1/2 cup freshly squeezed pineapple juice, and 1/4 cup each lemon juice, lime juice and sugar.
2. Rub the rim of your glass with lime and roll in homemade sriracha salt, garnish with lime and jalapeño wheels, fill glass with crushed ice
3. Fill cocktail shaker halfway with crushed ice. Throw in a couple slices jalapeño. Add 1oz each tequila and Grand Marnier and 2 oz Pineapple Sour Mix. Shake until shaker is frosty.
4. Strain into prepared glass.

The spokes are butted, but it's pretty subtle at 2.0/1.8/2.0 mm. We'll make a judgment about how well they are actually put together once they're underneath my fat ass

Wheel building is a mysterious black art to most road weenies. You are now like a minor deity to them.
