No idea. They have something printed on them, but they are entirely generic and standard and the usual 24 oz (?) sort of size. However, they are clear plastic and clean, unlike the ugly, mismatched, white ones they're replacing.
So it is

Scarred up yet clean bottle just show that you're a serious cyclist.

Knowing how RWGPS likes to underestimate elevation, that is an epic day indeed.

It’s personal, but I like the camelbak valves, compared to the usual bite to drink close on your butt ones.

I don't close the other kind.
Incidentally, I am thinking of starting to carry green tea, which I have been using as a stimulant and euphoriant for the past year. I'd love to start slugging that stuff on the second half of a ride long ride.

That's how I always felt. I lent one to a friend, and when she couldn't get it clean to her specs, she threw it out. I raised such a fuss that she went back and picked it out of the trash can.

Are stores limiting the number of shoppers allowed inside up there?
The line to get into Costco, today at noon, resembled the immigration line at Hartsfield Jackson Airport. And was moving about as fast. I bugged out.

I did it 2 years ago. It’s a consistent climb. Roughly 8% for 8 miles. Find a gear combo you can sustain for 8% without going into the red zone, and you can do it.

I use bottles with ye olde valves, and just leave them open after I take my first drink. Gotta make the first drink a big one so not too much sloshes out

Hmmmm... If I find a gear combo that I can sustain on 8%, then the challenge becomes keeping the bike upright at such low speeds.
