Went for a nice hike today. From sea level to the top of a mountain. 17.7km and just under 1,000m of height gain.
Despite the mild day the wind was very brisk at the summit.

I'll keep checking Strava while I'm out so that i know how far I have to ride.
Remember, I'm old and don't do well in the heat so a nice short ride would be good. You wouldn't want to feel bad if I got heat stroke or something.
