Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I bought the jersey with the bibs. It's under the "bundle" section on the website. Buying it as a bundle, they knock off 20%. Then when you take the survey, they knock off another 20%.

Just bought a set of custom Enve wheels from a team mate. 45/65 combo with Alchemy hubs and CX Rays spokes built by Ligero Wheelworks / Fairwheel bikes.

Fancy wheels are fancy.

Just scored a killer deal on these. My custom yellow vaypor + ones wont be available for another 7-8 weeks. Got these and will see how they feel. If I like them the way I'm hoping to, I will replace my S works with these and sell my S works shoes.

Don't be a dickhead.

He obviously likes Treks, likes that bike, and his post doesn't say he paid $8,300 for it either.

I have the P.R.O. Leader shoes. I've owned many high end shoes, but these fit me the best.

If they work for you, try to get some replacement heel pieces before they are all gone. PI has changed the design, and they aren't going to be easy to find in a year or two.

crapska... but it does look like they are taking care of it, so much for hassle free though.

Its hard to get more minimal padding than that and the shape looks very similar to a Romin. Hoping it feels good. Only $40, so no big deal if I hate it.

(My commute is 11 mi each way, so I'm always wearing cycling shorts/bibs hence no need for a padded saddle).
Looks just like my Toupe. I'd love to hear how it feels when you get some miles on it.

Spare rear wheel.

105 hub with Open Pro rim. Going to buy a 105 rear hub and I use Open Pro anyway, may as well get it built for me already. Costs about 50 more than if I built it myself and I do enjoy building wheels, but I'm going to be lazy this time.

FWIW the owner replied to my eMail directly and from what I have read on other forums is doing the stand up thing by replacing the affected hubs based on a few failures.

GM could learn a lot from this guy. I sincerely hope this does not crush the business.
