Outdoors, likely. The trainer sucks.
Pretty much all of my miles are junk miles, but I'm really looking to make some lifestyle changes and drop a decent amount of weight so even "a training plan" that's not exactly spot on is probably better than what I do now. Which is really JRA for various lengths of time.
Ah. Comes back to the "what do I know".
I was confusing max with threshold. Using the various online calculators I'm getting a Z2 topping out at around 150 if I put in a threshold heart rate of 165.
I could probably see that, but I guess I need to do another test, eh?

On the Strava front: I don't do follows or kudos, generally speaking. I use it to keep track of my rides, and a little friendly competition. If this (reciprocity) is important
to you, please don't follow or kudos me. I don't want to step on any toes
Actually, I use RideWithGPS to track my rides, because I like the platform better, and then transfer over to Strava

we see the owners every day walking our dogs, so it was easy to make a deal with them. They are excited to be selling to us and we’re excited to have this house m, we’ve loved it for years

If you want a max heart rate, go do a 40k tt with temps around 100. I figured my days of seeing a max hr were long gone, but I was wrong. Thank heavens I don't look at heart rate other than on active recovery days, otherwise I would have scared the living **** out of myself.

Only the first 40 minutes were self inflicted torture, the last 18+ minutes were worse. I'm looking forward to next year. I think I can drop a few more minutes off.

I was mowing every three days in the spring and then like a switch, went to every week, every two weeks, and finally every three weeks. Since we’ve been getting rain for a couple weeks, I’m back to every three days.

Never went as far as three weeks. Since the rain has come back, it's back to once a week or maybe every five days. I cut a lawn yesterday. Probably should have done one of the other ones too, but I had other things to do.
