Yeah, flu or a urinary tract infection will do that too. Hope she pulls through!

My MIL had dementia and was prone to UTIs. We made a few trips to the hospital.

I am indebted to demented folks with assorted acute issues for teaching me a big chunk of what I know about internal medicine and neurology. Young @datlas probably feels the same way.

Been doing some low-cadence, high resistance, workouts on the trainer and they’re increasing my strength, but causing piriformis syndrome. Quite the trade-off.

Drank a coffee and instantly felt better. I get caffeine head aches sometimes but this didn’t feel like that, I felt off and like I was getting ill.
Feeling fine now but my shoulders are super sore, like sore to the touch. I don’t know what that’s about. Hopefully it doesn’t get worse.

I might have to get me one of these, I always loved those multi pen pens, having one be a pencil also is next level awesome! This site claims it can handle .5 lead as well as .7, I hope that's true, although .7 only isn't a dealbreaker.

Stinging-aching neurogenic pain in the bottom of the foot, up the back of the calf, and a little bit on the posterior thigh, and doing a fairly convincing imitation of an L-4 disc. It varies a bit from attack to attack. Last week it was over the lateral calf and into the web space of the first two toes.
