went on a very hilly ride up in the mountains yesterday..
It was in the high 80's. Very warm for a mid winter ride. Especially, when not quite yet accustomed to summer like heat.
Some of my fellow riders insisted. Do buy a Summer base layer.
IS a summer base layer a must for rides over say, 90. ? any preferred brands?

I saw this yesterday. $39.99 down from $49.99.
I have my own opinion which I will keep to myself. Just pointing out the deal, that's all.

Now that you have it, how is the fit? I agree it's a great-looking jersey and I'm thinking of ordering some kit from them. I'm 6', 175 lbs, wide shoulders, long arms, average torso, long legs. I wear L or XL, depending on whose brand it is.

Some of their other non Nth Series jerseys are more of a club cut but at least one had a note that it was now a race cut just like the Nth series so read the fine print.
Their gilets are definitely long. An XL covers almost my entire butt when standing. I have an Hemisphere Ronde Gilet, XL in orange, wore it on one ride. Send me a PM if you are interested. HEMISPHERE RONDE MENS GILET
I don't have any of their bibs but would be interested in hearing about the Nth series bibs from someone who has them.
I also have own a long sleeve thermal in XL. The arms are a bit long and thin for me and the shoulder are full cut - sounds perfect for you. Here is what it looks like.

I received today the parts I ordered directly from De Rosa; a saddle, pedals, bar tape, and a bottle holder. I ordered them Tuesday, they got here today! I like that speed, but then again, they did charge me $30 for shipping on a $130 order...
Strangely, though, the bottle holder I received wasn't the one I ordered. It's not even one that's shown on their site. It's De Rosa branded, and it might be carbon fiber which makes it more expensive than the one I ordered. Going to email them tomorrow to see if they will send me the one I wanted. I'm trying to build up a Nuovo Classico exactly how they have it shown in their catalog, and that bottle cage was part of it.

I recently picked this frankenbuild up from a friend. It's a cannonale criterium 3.0 made into a city bike/gym runner. I always ride to work out in the mornings and my road bike and clipless pedals was a pain because it's either bring extra shoes or ride normal shoes and slip off carbon pedals if it's wet and bust my shins lol.
This has been converted to a flat bar bike with Bontrager carbon bars, bontrager RL wheels, it's 1x10 with an Apex crankset 50 tooth chainring and a 12-36 cassette using SRAM X9 long cage RD. Schwalbe tires, hayes brakes, 19 lbs ready to roll and it's a blast to shoot to the gym and back or to grab lunch or whatever around town. Ridiculously stiff but a great ride for what it's intended to do.

A couple had this on a ride this weekend, seemed really awesome. I've been looking for a good bluetooth headphone solution, and the extra comm link seems great.

Adamo Century saddle for my tri bike. It came with the stock Cannondale saddle which is not bad, but just a bit too prominent nose poking its way just a bit more into the junk than desirable. Adamo certainly does away with any problems associated with a prominent saddle nose.
Discontinued model, so they're cheap now (paid less than half what the linked website below wants for them)
We will see if I like it. Flat is usually good for me. Wide is not always.

Let's see....in the past week...
Full Dura Ace 9000 mech groupset
Hed Belgium C2 clincher wheels w/ Chris King hubs, DT Rev 14/17 spokes, brass nipples
Enough tools to almost open a bike shop (figured it was finally time to invest in some decent tools)
3T Ergonova Pro bars (alloy of course)
Thomson Masterpiece post
Garmin Vector 2 pedals
Ridley Fenix SL frame/fork
11 speed hub for my Easton EA90 SLX's
Specialized Toupe Pro 143mm seat
Garmin speed sensor for my Edge 810
Vittoria Rubino Pro III tires (on sale) and latex tubes
And a bunch of other crap to finish up the build....Deda bar tape, Jagwire inline barrel adjusters, etc.
Oh and a Feedback Classic stand. This all started last week with "Hmmmm, I kinda want a power meter", and morphed a bit.

Interocitor Command
Ordered a pair of Shimano Saint MX80 pedals. If I like them I may buy another pair.
EDIT: The pedals arrived today. Not too shabby for $51.27 shipped from Price Point.
