They're made by Amaro. I don't know much about them but the "supermotard" in the foreground is called the Lollobrigida. I saw some early mockups a year or so ago and just found this pic while browsing.

I love hookworms for city riding, they maybe heavy, but they have so much grip, is feels like you are riding a motorcycle. I would love a FG track frame which can take the 2.5 version. Even with 24" wheels, that would be pretty sweet.
