Good news for you. I started my group ride on Zwift with my club. About 12 minutes into the planned 1 hour ride, I got not 1, not 2, but THREE patient pages (texts really, but we still call them pages #RIPPager ). I could not in good conscience make those patients wait 45+ minutes even though none of the issues were really an emergency. I did 20 minutes and got off to put out the fires.

I haven't had kids' cereal in years but the little lady got some Apple Jacks last night. Having some for breakfast of course, but I'm sure I'll regret it at some point.

I do remote technical support on heavy construction equipment. I also do "nightmare" technical repair jobs, in the shop.
I can do some remote diagnostics by telematics. When the technician is on site, I can connect remotely to laptop running the diagnostic software. This is usually for "problem child" repairs, like that one.
Using a Bluetooth meter, starting at the fuse, monitoring voltage until failure. We got lucky and picked the right end of the circuit to start from, after the usual troubleshooting failed to find the root cause.

Like I keep telling my wife, we need not to beat up on ourselves during these troubled times and we have to do whatever it takes to mentally get through this even if that means a little ice cream or talking about cars, go for it.
Just dont eat a 6 oz. bag of Fritos or a 6 oz. bag of crunchy Cheetohs like I know some short dumpy guy did this week.

I'm debating, inside ride or outside. It's only going to be55 or so. But the wind off the lake is positively frigid.

The local trucking companies put on a parade around town today. All honking air horns, "rapping" their Jake-brakes, and flashing strobe lights. My wife and I were walking the dogs at the park when they went by, the little kid in me came out too.

I remember back in the day when my pre-race breakfast was Cinnamon Toast Crunch. With milk. Oh the diet was easier then.

Agreed, and I like PA, too, which would be a bonus; I could be convinced if we hadn't built a new house a couple years ago.

Got out for a bit. Headed out on a route that I've only ever done with the group. At some point, I thought to myself, "you know, if I did this... and then this... and then this, I could hit most of the hills that I really like to avoid." So yeah, I did that. It was dumb. But I'd do it again.

but addicting. The crunchy ones, not the puffy ones.
