Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

No matter how hard or fast I ride, even when I come close to death’s door from exertion and exhaustion, mine tells me I had another recovery ride.

I think I see a sliver of it peaking from behind the Audi. Parked next to the XJ.

Getting prescription sunglasses for cycling in the near future. Most likely going with Oakleys, mainly because it’s the only brand that my eye dr carry’s that is remotely cycling related. Looking like i’ll go with the Flak 2.0 but that’s not really what I want. The sutro did not look good on my small head, and I didn’t get to try on the jawbreaker.

I really really really really want the Cmnd, but of course I cant get that one with a prescription.

Looking at sun glasses today almost makes me want to get Lasik.
