The Formula frame I got is pretty low, too. I didn't get anything together yet though because I don't have a headset, a bottom bracket, or any of the essential stuff. That stem that Quamen makes is pretty nice looking too.

Like I said above it is looow. Still have to get used to it and how the seat doesn't get in the way at all. The ride is smooth as butter. 180s are nothing anymore. It is freaking light though, I almost don't like that. Convenient however.
