Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Not "hot", but it's not a bad looking bike. I'd lower the levers a bit, and maybe rotate the bars a tiny amount lower.

If you had any goddamned clue, you would understand that "the same frame" means jack squat in hot-or-not. Different sizes of the same frame can have very different lines and proportions - some more pleasing than others. Even if it's the same frame in the same size, the endless combinations of equipment to outfit the frame with will have a huge impact on how visually appealing it is. Going a step further and assuming that it's the same frame, the same size and same build list, how it's set up can vary wildly and will also have a huge impact on how appealing it is. IOW, posting a bike owned by someone else in no way reflects how your bike will look and how it will be received. I'm oh-so-happy that you're enthusiastic about your upcoming build, but this is not yet the thread to hook the validation that you're obviously fishing for.

Sorry WhyFi, but it must be said.

You're supposed to be nice in this thread. The butthurt is huge if you say anything contrary to what the person displaying the bike wants to hear. Above all, this is the anti-butthurt thread.

Now please give him his participation medal.

Weird, isn't it. Though, that one turned into the Vintage/Retro Hot or Not, and seat wedges and water bottles became the theme of the day.

Made a few changes to the Lynskey

One reason was to put the white Arione on my Giant TCR.

It's probably just the angle/focus of the shot, but that chainring looks ginormous!

At least a 55t it seems. Wow... That's pretty big for such a small frame.

Isn't that bike supposed to be a Tri frame with aero bars only? Is it comfortable at all with that setup?

because it is 54/42 for 650c wheels. It is a tri bike but I convert it to road.

Odd conversion. It's made for aero-bars, not drop bars. (And it's not a Talon)
How's the handling?
