Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Nope. I was planning to buy Johnny's TB14s. I don't know if he still has them though.

Im a tall guy so I found this 63cm frame to fit my long legs. Its an 85 Focus frame and forks, 84 NOS Campy crankset, White Industries freewheel, 700c H+son wheelset, modified Brooks B-17 saddle to look like the swallow, Campy brakes, 94 NOS Suntour levers, Velo cork grips, Nitto 90* stem and some VP pedals. Its a great commuter bike. I put about 15 miles a day on it with comfort.

Had it a couple months. I used saddle soap on it to help soften it up on the break in. Its starting to conform to my behind and getting really comfortable right now

I pulled the side ears under and laced the two sides together just like Brooks does on the swallow, so I think it will be ok..
