i'm seeing some of these dudes with pretty drastic bends in their elbows. I don't bend mine when i ride that much. Does that mean their reach is too short/mine is too long? I don't really feel stretched out or anything. Or do some people just ride like that and some don't
edit: also not saying these dudes are ones to base everything about bikes off of or anything, i just hadn't thought of this before and thought you seemed pretty knowledgeable on bike fit

2) It looked like all of the bikes in that video were at least 1 size too small for the riders.
3) How the heck do you expect me to tell you if your bike fits properly based on a video of someone else? Think about that one.
4) Look at your self then look at these guys:
Or you can take bike fit cues from these guys:
It's up to you.

The way they shot that implied that the dude on the risers was struggling to keep up and in the end threw down his bike in defeat.
Not sure if that was their intention.

I really don't get those videos.
If I wanted to watch some pretentious rich kids pedal expensive bikes, I would go to my school run bike club. If I was going to watch a bike video, it would be "Roam" or the NWD series. Or "Dead Sailor." I don't feel like watching a bunch of dudes in lycra exercise.

Let's see...
https://shop.mashsf.com/
They sell MASH branded cork grip tape for $28 when regular Cinelli cork tape is $13.
Their MASH branded arm warmers are $55 when Pearl Izumi (the standard) are $30.
Their MASH branded replica of the Thomson stem is $8 more than they sell an authentic Thomson in their own store.
See where I'm going here? They add a cool tax to everything they sell. That's their game.

+1. This is what I thought throughout the whole video. He did not fit in at all.

Is it harder to track stand on higher GI's? Also, how necessary are track standing skills on the actual track? Also, I feel like i need to center your avatar. It's off center.

It's a nice skill to have, but I wouldn't lose sleep over it. I haven't done a track stand in competition since 2009.

When did MASH get so wholesome? I love the guy playing with the dog and the crew giving each other "atta-boy"s every 5 minutes. I wish they would go back to blowing through stop lights, etc. At least it was entertaining waiting to see which one would get nailed by a car first...
