I've got an 80's Motobecane Grand Touring that I picked up on a whim this past spring. It came having been converted to a fixed gear, and wanting a fixed gear (but on a bike that fits me), I bought it.
It measures 22.25" ctc (56.5cm), and came with/is shown with 27" wheels, and would easily work with 700c wheels with either the attached Weinmanns, or most any other brake.
I know it's a bit of a long shot, but I'm willing to be flexible in the exchange here. If someone wants to exchange it for a lowish-mid range frame that's a bit smaller (51 - 54cm range), I'd be open to a mixte, a city bike, something akin to a U-08, or something that is unusual and funky, I'd be open to offers for an even-up exchange. If you're taking the frame, you're welcome to as many or as few of the attached bits as you wish to have.
In absence of receiving another frame, I'd be open to trading (wholly or partially) for a nice cottered crankset, a decent uncottered crankset, functional bar-end shifters, a set of 700c alloy rims (36 or 32 hole), or a set of 700c wheels (36 or 32 hole).
Here it is:
edit 12/20: I have decided to complete this build and attempt to find a home for it in the spring. Thanks for any interest expressed in it. Feel free to contact me if you're very interested, but I will be moving forward with this over the winter.

Ross Signature 60cm
1981 Ross Signature hand-built Tom Kellogg frame in full 531 with campy dropouts and fork ends, 60cm ~24inch seat tube, definitely has some paint chipping
Too big for me, looking for 54cm frame of comparable quality/condition. If you're interested, I'm open to consider what you have, thanks! I'm in Philly.

Looking to swap my 58cm 72 blue Peugeot PX-10 frame for a 60cm or 62cm frame- ideally the same year & color. I absolutely love this bike, but age and neck issues are calling for higher bars and a bit more of an upright riding position, and my french-addicted aesthetic sensibility deters me from just getting a taller (ie Technomic) stem. Frame is in good shape, though a fair amount of patina (paint-chips and rust held at bay with clear nail polish). Chrome is pretty good. Unmolested Simplex RD hanger. Only mods are the drop-out eyelets have been tapped for M6 bolts and the rear triangle spread to 126mm. The down-tube stop for clamp-on shifters has fallen off- theres a small dab of JB Weld where the stop was to prevent the shifters from sliding down. Detail photos, etc. on request.

Pretty sure this is here somewhere but if so its been awhile.
53cm CTTT Fuso, fantastic color, good shape, couple of chips, touchups and one small ding in the TT.
Possible trade for similar caliber higher end, custom in 64cm +, or?

Had this Cannondale for over a year and have not ridden it besides the test drive after refurbing it, anyone willing to trade? The frame is practically mint, its a 58cm which is too big for me, I think something between a 54-56cm would be a better fit for me. Wouldn't mind a Schwinn to compliment my '85 Voyageur and '86 Cimarron.
I'm in Modesto

18" 1990 Specialized Crossroads Hybrid frame and fork. The frame was partially stripped of paint by the previous owner and has some light surface rust. For best results it should probably be media blasted.
Will update with pix.

RE: Specialized Crossroads. Any details about the frame material? Unless someone has a unique application, it doesn’t look worth messing with. Sorry to be persnickety.

Specialized tubing Chromoly Drive, Van, I think it was called. Surprisingly good stuff. Same as the 1990 Hard Rocks and maybe Rockhoppers.

Almost
dukeofearl, I have what you want, but yours is too big for me. I wish yours was a 56-57. I have a 1984 Ross Signature Triad. It is stamped as a 55, but measurements show it closer to 52-53ctc. I am going to build it back up to try out though and perhaps sell next summer.

My CT Wallis is a 52 when my other road bikes are 56-57 frames, the solution I have found of how to solve the smaller size is to put the sem to its maximum height and the seat post as well plus longer 175mm cranks. I have already changed the stem on my jamis moutain bike which is a 17 frame when I ride normally 19 inch MTB frames, solving the issue was easy, I bought a 84° ritchey stem and a ritchey 35mm riser bar which adds height, seat post will be put to its limit, for this bike too 175mm cranks were ordered. I did this approach with my Giant Tourer Hybrid back then and the bike fits like a glove.

Hi,
Just curious, has the cost of shipping caused this thread to stagnate?
Cheers,

Van,,
I'm not sure. I have a Scot Paisley tandem that is going here next. It has been on the Tandem thread for a few days and if no interest it will come here. It is a very nice bike but nothing I can stand over. However it has now been claimed and is off to Wisconsin. Smiles, MH

ISO early 70s 21" Grand Jubilee
I'm trying to find a 21" Motobecane Grand Jubilee from the early 70s. One of the ones that's an easy 650b conversion; Reynold 531, Campy dropouts, French bb, room for 650x42b between the chainstays.
I have two Jubilees available to trade (ideally just frameset for frameset):
Early 70s: 23", Campy dropouts, French bb, Reynolds 531, plenty of room for 650x42b conversion using long reach brakes. Would love to do a straight trade, this for the 21" version.
Later 70s model: 21", campy dropouts, English bb, Vitus 172, chainstays don't allow 650x42b

PX-10 23" for 24" (or 25")...
Putting this out there before I dive into stripping and repainting..... I've got a 23" '68 or '69 PX-10 frame, would really like a 24" or even 25". The Paint is really rough, hence the repaint plan (but chrome is pretty good). An equally rough/in need of paint frame (pre '73/geometry change) with the fancy lugs would be ideal, but a plain lug version would be OK.
